Refund & Reschedule

All refund requests received by are processed through the same gateway within 14 working days upon receiving the request. For any exceptional cases where you have not received the refund amount, you can raise an enquiry via email to We will get back to you with an update on your refund request or valid reasons in case of rejections.
Refund of duplicate payments made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 7 working days after intimation by the customer. To initiate the same, you are required to raise an enquiry via email to Please provide the payment order details of the duplicate payment made and the registered Email with the payment that was done in the email description.
If you notice fraudulent transactions on your card, you can contact your bank to raise a chargeback. In case you do not wish to raise a chargeback with your bank, please create an enquiry by logging you can raise an enquiry by email to Ensure that you provide the cardholder’s name as it appears on the card in the email description.
Upon reviewing your email, we will raise a refund request and it will be reflected in your account within 14 business days.
You are eligible for a refund of your course fees if you fulfill any of the criteria mentioned below:
1. If a cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the event, 10% of total program fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
2. If a cancellation is made 7 days or less prior to the event, no refunds will be made. However, customers can propose a replacement instead.
3. In case cancels an event, 100% of the course fee will be refunded to the customer.
4. In case reschedules an event and the customer is not comfortable with the revised dates, then 100% refund of amount paid will be processed to the customer.
You can reschedule/cancel the Workshop by informing us minimum 8 days before the workshop date in order to avoid any cancellation charges.
In case you need to reschedule or cancel your workshop/course within 7 days from the workshop date, we will charge 10% of the program fees as cancellation charges. Please note that rescheduling will be subjected to the availability of seats.

Rewards Program Support

For referring a friend to, you are required to provide your email address to the referee when he/she is booking any programs. The ‘Refer & Earn’ program allows the referrer to receive a course rebate voucher worth $10 against each successful enrollment from his referee for courses. Referee is required to indicate referral email address when enrolment of the course.

Member earns 1 ExecPoint(EP1) for every S$1 spent on course fees (excl. GST & amp; admin fees), unless otherwise specified. EP will be credited to member’s account 7 working days upon completion & full payment of program enrolled. EP earned will be forfeited if program is uncompleted. In case of any changes to the program enrolled, EP will be adjusted accordingly to the differences in the fees paid(if any). EP can be used to offset future program fees(excl. GST & amp; admin fees) in blocks of EP 2500 equivalent to S$10, unless otherwise specified. No refund will be given if S$10 not fully utilized (i.e. EP2500 will be deducted and no partial refund, whether in S$ or EP, will be given). EP are not exchangeable for cash. All Ep earned are valid till 31st December of the next calendar year. EP redeemed may be credited back to member’s account in cased of course cancellation and/or change according to S$ refunded.
